All official mail we receive addressed to your company will be forwarded immediately without any delay to make sure that you get your mail as quickly as possible. We offer to act as a Registered Office service at a very low fee that you will not be able to surpass at another company formation and taxation agency. The mail that will be forwarded includes mail from Inland Revenue, the Registrar of Companies and courts – however you should take note that we do not cover trade mail, and as such will not forward routine business. Without fail, official and legal mail will find its way to you. Please do not use our address for other non-essential business mail. By choosing Novik Ltd., you ensure that you have a reliable, fixed Registered Office, and also have the knowledge and peace of mind that your mail will arrive safely and quickly.

It might worry you slightly to know that your important and official mail is coming to a location perhaps far away from your own, but feel safe in the knowledge that we have experts in place ready and waiting for your mail, who will log what is received, and immediately send them on by first-class mail to your personal location. If you decide that you would like to change your Registered Office to another place in future, we will support you, and given a small fee we will be more than happy to sort out all of the relevant paperwork, then register the new Office for your company with the Companies House.

The price is a very affordable £20 per month for UK companies (including all first class postage), with money required for postage costs if the company is abroad. There is a £30 deposit required for overseas customers (with no deposit required for clients in the UK). £60 per quarter is the preferred payment plan.
